Tango — No Refund & Limited Exchange Policy
Effective date: 27/10/2025
1) Made-to-Order Production & Cancellations

All Tango products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it is immediately routed to our manufacturing facility for processing and materials allocation.

No cancellations, changes, or color/leather swaps after the order is placed.

Delivery timelines are estimates; production and courier delays do not create a right to cancel or refund.
2) No Refunds
-
Tango does not offer cash/card refunds under any circumstance, including change of mind, delay, gifts, or ordering multiple sizes to try at home.

Where required by applicable law, the statutory remedy will apply; otherwise, our sole remedies are repair or replacement as described below.
3) What We Will Do for Manufacturing Defects (Repair/Replace Only)

If you receive the wrong item or a product with a verified manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video.

After inspection and approval, we will repair or replace the same item (same style, color, and size). No refunds or substitutions.

We may request an unboxing video and photos of the parcel/labels to assess transit issues.
4) Limited Exchange Policy (Size Only)
We allow one (1) size exchange per order, subject to all conditions below.
Eligibility

Request the exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing sales@tangoofficial.com or WhatsApp 03390513224 with your order number, the received size, and the desired size.

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of odors/perfume, pet hair, or creasing, and returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Exchange is only for size of the same product (style/color). Exchanges for a different style/color are not permitted.

Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size. If not available, we will produce the same item in the new size; no alternative item or refund will be offered.
Exclusions (not eligible for exchange)

Custom, personalized, made-to-measure, or altered items (including sleeve/body length changes).

Final sale/clearance items (including but not limited to items marked “final sale” or discounted).

Accessories (e.g., belts, wallets) and any hygiene-sensitive items.
-
Normal characteristics of genuine leather, including natural grain, small marks, creases, and color variation, and screen-to-screen color differences.

Items that fit within our sizing tolerance of ±1.3 cm (½ inch) from the stated measurements.

Damage or wrinkles from trying on, improper packing, or storage.
Costs & Process

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges (both ways), any customs/duties, and a reasonable handling/processing fee if applicable. COD returns are not accepted.

You must first receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. Unauthorised returns will be refused.

After RMA approval, ship the item within 3 business days using a trackable and insured service. Risk of loss remains with you until we receive and inspect the item.

Upon passing inspection, we will dispatch the exchanged size. Production/lead times apply for made-to-order items.
5) Items Damaged in Transit

If the shipping carton arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package before opening and note the damage with the courier at delivery.

Report to us within 48 hours with photos/video and the airway bill number. Late or incomplete claims may be denied.
6) Abuse Prevention

To protect fair usage, Tango may decline or limit exchanges, refuse service, or close accounts where policy abuse is suspected (e.g., serial exchanges, worn returns, tag tampering, false claims).
7) Legal

This policy applies in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Tango may update this policy without prior notice; the policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
