Shipping & Delivery Policy

1) Made-to-Order Production

All Tango items are made after order confirmation. Your order is immediately queued at our manufacturing facility for material allocation and cutting.

Because production begins promptly, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once processing/production is initiated (including size, color, address, or payment method changes).
2) Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from order confirmation.
This window includes production + courier transit. -
Delays can occur. Lead times may extend during high demand, supply constraints, quality checks, weather, carrier backlogs, or public holidays. These delays do not create a right to cancel or refund.

We ship via trusted courier partners. Tracking is shared once your parcel is handed to the courier.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
3) Shipping Scope & Charges

Domestic shipping charges (and any COD fees, if applicable) are shown at checkout.

If you request re-delivery, address corrections after dispatch, or multiple delivery attempts, additional courier fees may apply and will be billed to you before release.
4) Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Please provide a complete and accurate address and reachable phone number.

Couriers typically make limited delivery attempts. If a parcel is undeliverable/returned to sender due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, we can re-ship after you pay the return + re-shipping charges. No refunds are issued for undeliverable parcels.
5) Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If your parcel appears open, damaged, or tampered, photograph the package before opening and note it with the courier at delivery.

Report to sales@tangoofficial.com or WhatsApp 03390513224 within 48 hours with photos/video and your order number so we can assist. Late or incomplete claims may be denied.
6) Split Shipments

To reduce delays, we may split an order into multiple parcels at no extra shipping cost to you. Each parcel will have its own tracking.
7) Force Majeure

We aren’t responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier disruptions, extreme weather, governmental actions). We’ll keep you updated and expedite dispatch where possible.
8) Changes to This Policy

Tango may update this policy without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
